How It Works - Option 1
  • You supply us with self seal, stamped addressed envelopes.
  • We stuff the envelopes and post them at our local post office.
  • Cost is 5p per item for the first item in each envelope.
  • 3p per additional item in each envelope thereafter.
Example
  • 1,000 booklets stuffed into self seal, stamped addressed envelopes supplied by you : £50
  • 1,000 booklets & 1,000 leaflets stuffed into self seal, stamped addressed envelopes supplied by you : £80
Any left overs are returned to you along with your artwork.
How It Works - Option 2
  • You supply us with self adhesive address labels and the correct quantity of stamps.
  • We stick stamps & labels onto envelopes supplied by us.
  • We stuff the envelopes and post them at our local post office.
  • Cost is 7p per item for the first item in each envelope.
  • 3p per additional item in each envelope thereafter.
  • PLUS the cost of the envelopes which will be quoted separately.
Example
  • 1,000 booklets stuffed into envelopes supplied by us : £70 + envelopes.
  • 1,000 booklets & 1,000 leaflets stuffed into envelopes supplied by us : £100 + envelopes.
Any left overs are returned to you along with your artwork.

A Note About Pricing In Proportion
Although the new letter rate goes up to 100gsm you must remember that the maximum thickness of the mailing must not exceed 5mm. Consequently you are unable to get any more than 12 folded sheets of 80gsm bond paper into this price bracket. This is the equivalent of a 48 page Super Economy booklet. If your booklet has a thicker cover then the number of sheets you can get within the 5mm bracket will be less.
 
Franking
It is possible, by arrangement, for us to frank the envelopes ourselves. Franking is usually cheaper than postage stamps but will be subject to VAT at 20%.
VAT & Payment
All prices quoted here are PLUS VAT and there are no discounts available.
Terms
Unless you or your agent are collecting your printing from our office by arrangement, our contract with you is to deliver your printing to 1 UK address only. Upon delivery our side of the contract is complete. If, when you place your order (or later), you ask us to deliver to an additional address or multiple addresses, such as described in our Print & Mail service, then we can only undertake this additional work on the clear understanding that this is a separate additional contract to distribute your own goods and is treated as a separate supply for VAT purposes. The delivery costs involved (postage plus markup, packing, handling, labour etc.) will be subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. For the sake of convenience all the costs involved to satisfy both contratcs may be shown on 1 invoice and VAT applied to each item separately, either 0% or 20% as appropriate.
