DYE-SUBLIMATION - What Is It?

DYE-SUBLIMATION is a process where a photographic image is dyed into a specially treated substrate - such as a Coffee Mug, Coaster, T-Shirt, Jigsaw, Trophy Plaque and so on.

This is a brand new service we have just launched and if it proves to be popular we intend to introduce further items later in the year.

Dye-Sublimation should not be confused with the cheaper laser transfer paper method where the image has a raised rigid feel to it and after a couple of washes starts to crack and peel. As already stated, our process actually dyes the surface of the product.

DYE-SUBLIMATION is ideal for those needing a bespoke short run of promotional or commemorative gifts - as low as just 1 item in most cases.

DYE-SUBLIMATION is ideal for those needing photographic images on their promotional or commemorative gifts.

DYE-SUBLIMATION can be used to print a photographic image onto metal sheets!!! Let us know if this is of interest.

HOWEVER

If you need a large quantity or just need letters or numbers printed onto T-Shirts then this process may not be suitable for you.

We will crop and re-size the baby's photo and print it as centrally as possible on our standard "Congratulations" template inside a 4" (10cm) diameter circle. You need to supply the baby's name, weight, date and time of birth. The template doesn't allow for any other information. Please also state whether you want a blue or pink plaque and whether you also want a stand. TIP. If you try to include mum in the photo as well then the baby will appear quite small so try to supply a photo of just the baby on a plain background if possible.
