Sheets will be supplied flat for easy folding by you.		 1 crease per sheet   :   £8 per 1,000 (min £4)
2 creases per sheet : £14 per 1,000 (min £7)
3 creases per sheet : £20 per 1,000 (min £10)
Additional creases per sheet : £6 per 1,000 (min £3)
